Free audit · no obligation

Tell us where things stand. We’ll show you what to fix first.

Send your website (or your idea) and we’ll come back within one working day with a short, plain-English audit: what’s holding you back on Google, where your ad budget is leaking, and the three changes most likely to bring more enquiries.

  • A real person reviews it – not an automated report
  • Fixed quotes in pounds, before any work starts
  • Monthly rolling – no 12-month lock-in
  • You own your domain, website, ad accounts and data

No spam, no hard sell. We reply within one working day.

Prefer to talk? Message us on WhatsApp, drop us an email at hello@properdigital.uk or use the form above, and we’ll arrange a quick video call, or a coffee if you’re in London. However you contact us, you’ll hear back from a real person within one working day.

Below, you’ll find what happens after you get in touch, what to include in your message, how our free audit works, and answers to the questions people ask most before contacting us.

Contact us – Proper Digital London enquiry

Why contact us?

We know that reaching out to an agency can feel like a big step, especially if you have been burned before. So we keep the first stage simple, quick and free, with no pressure to commit to anything. You stay in control of what happens next, and you can stop at any point.

Most people contact us for one of a handful of reasons. Their website looks dated or isn’t bringing in enquiries. They’re spending money on Google Ads or Facebook ads and aren’t sure it’s working. Their competitors show up on Google and they don’t. Or they simply want a second opinion from someone who’ll be straight with them.

Whatever the reason, the first step is the same: tell us where things stand. There’s no charge for the first conversation or the audit, and no obligation to work with us afterwards.

What happens after you contact us

  1. We read your message properly. A member of our team, not an automated system, reviews your enquiry and looks at your website before replying.
  2. You get a reply within one working day. Usually much sooner. If we need more information, we’ll ask a couple of simple questions.
  3. We send your free audit. A short, plain-English summary of what’s holding you back and the three changes most likely to bring more enquiries.
  4. We offer a call, if it’s useful. A relaxed 30-minute video call to talk through the audit, your goals and your options.
  5. You get a clear proposal, if you want one. Fixed quotes for projects, agreed monthly fees for ongoing work, and timescales in writing.

At no point will we pressure you. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll tell you, and suggest who might be.

How our free audit works

The free audit is the easiest way to start. Send us your website, or describe your idea if you don’t have a site yet, and tell us what you’d like to achieve. We’ll look at:

  • Your website: speed on mobile, clarity of your message, calls to action, trust signals and tracking.
  • Your Google visibility: which searches you appear for, how your Google Business Profile looks, and where competitors are beating you.
  • Your ads, if you run them: obvious wasted spend, tracking gaps and missed opportunities.
  • Your social presence: whether your profiles help or hinder people choosing you.

You’ll get the three changes we think would make the biggest difference, explained simply. Many people use the free audit to make improvements themselves. That’s absolutely fine with us.

What to include in your enquiry

You don’t need to write a long brief. But a few details help us give you a more useful reply:

  • Your website address, or a sentence about your business if you’re just starting.
  • What you’d like help with: a new website, more leads, better ads, SEO, social media or something else.
  • The areas or customers you serve, such as particular London boroughs, the whole UK or international.
  • A rough budget, if you have one in mind. It helps us suggest realistic options.
  • Any deadlines, like a product launch, a new location opening or a seasonal peak.

If you’re not sure about any of these, just leave them out. We’ll ask.

Ways to get in touch

The contact form

The quickest way to contact us is the form at the top of this page. It goes straight to our team, and it lets you tell us which services you’re interested in and your rough budget, so our first reply can be more specific.

Email

You can email us at hello@properdigital.uk. Feel free to attach anything useful, like a brief, screenshots of your analytics, or examples of websites you like.

WhatsApp and phone

If you’d rather talk, message us on WhatsApp or call. If we can’t answer straight away, we’ll call you back the same day or the next working day.

In person in London

For London clients, we’re happy to meet in person, whether at your premises or for a coffee somewhere central. Many clients prefer video calls for speed, but it’s your choice.

Who should get in touch?

We work with small and medium businesses in London, across the UK and in Pakistan. Our clients include trades and construction firms, clinics and wellbeing practices, accountants and consultants, property businesses, restaurants and retailers, online shops and B2B companies.

You should contact us if you want:

  • A new website that’s fast, clear and built to win enquiries.
  • To rank higher on Google, especially in your local area.
  • More leads from Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram ads, at a sensible cost.
  • Social media that actually helps your business.
  • Faster, automated follow-up so no enquiry goes cold.
  • An honest second opinion on your current marketing or agency.

What a first call covers

If you’d like a call after your free audit, it usually lasts about 30 minutes and feels more like a conversation than a pitch. We’ll typically cover:

  • Your business: what you sell, who buys it and what a good customer looks like.
  • Your goals: more enquiries, higher-value work, a new market, a launch, or simply less stress.
  • What you’ve tried: past websites, agencies, ads and what happened.
  • Your capacity: how many new customers you can actually handle.
  • Budget and timing: what’s realistic, and what would make the biggest difference first.

By the end, you’ll have a clear idea of your options, even if you decide not to go any further. We’ll follow up in writing so you don’t need to take notes.

What our audits often uncover

Every business is different, but certain issues come up again and again. These are some of the most common things we spot when people contact us:

  • Tracking that doesn’t track. Forms and calls aren’t recorded, so nobody knows which marketing works.
  • Slow mobile pages. Heavy images and plugins making visitors wait, and leave.
  • Unclear headlines. Visitors can’t tell what you do, or where, in the first few seconds.
  • An incomplete Google Business Profile. Missing categories, services, photos or reviews, costing local visibility.
  • Wasted ad spend. Ads showing for irrelevant searches, or campaigns optimising for the wrong goal.
  • No follow-up process. Enquiries waiting hours or days for a reply.
  • Thin service pages. One paragraph per service, which neither ranks nor persuades.

The good news is that most of these are quick to fix, and fixing them often brings results faster than any new campaign.

Our services at a glance

When you contact us, it helps to know what we offer. In short:

How to prepare for a call

You don’t need to prepare anything. But if you’d like to get the most from the conversation, it helps to have:

  • Access to Google Analytics, Search Console or your ad accounts, if you have them.
  • A rough idea of how many enquiries you get each month and how many become customers.
  • A couple of competitors you admire, or who seem to be winning work you’d like.
  • Any websites or ads you like the look of, from any industry.

Even a rough answer to “what is a new customer worth to you?” helps us give much more practical advice.

Working with clients in the UK and Pakistan

We’re based in London and work mostly with UK businesses, but we also support clients in Pakistan. Our hours overlap well with both countries, and we’re used to working over WhatsApp, video calls and shared documents. Wherever you are, you can contact us in the same way and expect the same response times.

Why people choose Proper Digital

People tell us they get in touch because they want straight answers. When they decide to work with us, it’s usually for the same reasons: they speak directly to the people doing the work, they own everything we build and run for them, there are no long lock-in contracts, and our reports focus on enquiries and sales rather than vanity metrics. We’d love the chance to show you what that’s like.

What we’ll never do after you contact us

  • We won’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.
  • We won’t pass your details to anyone else.
  • We won’t bombard you with sales calls.
  • We won’t ask for payment before you’ve agreed to a written proposal.

Your details are handled in line with UK GDPR. You can read more in our privacy policy, and the ICO’s guidance for the public explains your rights over your personal data.

What our proposals include

If you decide you’d like a proposal after you contact us, you’ll get a short document, usually two or three pages, that covers:

  • A summary of your goals and the key findings from the audit.
  • Our recommended priorities, in order, with the reasoning behind each.
  • Exactly what we’ll deliver, and what we’ll need from you.
  • Fixed prices for projects and monthly fees for ongoing work.
  • Timescales and the first milestones you can expect.
  • How we’ll measure success and report back to you.

There’s no small print designed to catch you out. If something isn’t included, the proposal says so.

If you’re comparing quotes

It’s sensible to speak to more than one agency. When you compare quotes, look beyond the headline price. Check who will actually do the work, what’s included, how long the contract runs, who owns the accounts and website, and how results will be reported. A cheaper quote that locks you into twelve months with an agency that owns your ad account can end up far more expensive than it looks.

We’re happy to talk through other quotes you’ve received and explain the differences honestly, even if it means recommending someone else.

Tips for getting the most from any agency

  • Be clear about your goals and what a good result looks like for you.
  • Share real numbers: enquiries, sales, margins and customer value.
  • Give feedback quickly, especially on copy and creative.
  • Tell your agency which leads became customers, so campaigns can improve.
  • Ask questions whenever something isn’t clear. A good agency will welcome them.

Your data and privacy

When you contact us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, we only use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver our services. We don’t sell or share your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Our website uses a cookie banner so analytics and marketing cookies only run with your consent.

Response times

Speed matters to us because it matters to your customers too. The same standards we set for clients, quick and helpful replies, apply to every enquiry we receive.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, UK time. Messages sent in the evening or at weekends are answered the next working day. If your enquiry is urgent, such as a website that’s gone down or an ad account that’s been suspended, say so in your message and we’ll prioritise it.

Already a client?

If you’re an existing client, contact your usual point of contact directly, or use the same email and WhatsApp channels. Mention your business name so we can find your account details quickly.

Not ready to talk yet?

That’s completely fine. Plenty of people browse for a while before they get in touch. In the meantime, our blog covers the questions we’re asked most often, in plain English: how much websites, SEO and Facebook ads cost in the UK, how local SEO works in London, the differences between Google Ads and Facebook ads, what marketing automation is, and what a digital marketing agency actually does day to day.

When you’re ready, the form at the top of this page will still be here. So will we.

Feedback and complaints

If you’re an existing client and something hasn’t gone the way you expected, please tell us. Email us with the details and we’ll respond within one working day, look into it properly and explain what we’ll do to put it right. We’d much rather hear about a problem early than have it quietly damage a relationship. Honest feedback, good or bad, helps us do better work for everyone.

Partnerships and other enquiries

We’re always happy to hear from freelancers, photographers, developers and other agencies who’d like to collaborate, as well as from journalists and event organisers. Use the same form or email address and mention what your enquiry is about in the subject line, so it reaches the right person quickly.

Before you contact us: common questions

How much will it cost?

It depends on what you need. Websites are quoted at a fixed price, and ongoing services like SEO and ad management are monthly fees agreed up front. If you want to understand typical market prices first, our guides on website costs in the UK and SEO costs are a good starting point.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Plenty of people get in touch saying “I just know it’s not working”. Working out what to fix is part of our job.

Will you tell me if I don’t need you?

Yes. If your website is fine and you just need to ask for more reviews, we’ll tell you. Our reputation depends on giving honest advice.

Can you work with my existing website or agency?

Usually, yes. We can improve an existing site rather than rebuilding it, and we’re happy to work alongside other agencies or in-house teams.

Ready to get started?

Use the form at the top of this page, email hello@properdigital.uk, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll reply within one working day with honest next steps. You can also browse our services first.

Contact us: frequently asked questions

How quickly will you reply?

Within one working day, and often within a few hours during UK working hours.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation. Many people use it to make improvements themselves.

Do you work with businesses outside London?

Yes. We work with clients across the UK and in Pakistan, mostly over video calls and email.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, if you’re in or near London. Otherwise, a video call works just as well.

What information do you need from me?

Just your website address and a short description of what you’d like to achieve. We’ll ask for anything else we need.
